Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that all of our items are **custom made and personalized specifically for each customer**. Because these products are created based on the buyer’s personal request (name, date, birthstone, custom text, etc.), **personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded** once production has started.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review all personalization details, including spelling, dates, and size selections before placing the order.

However, if your item arrives **damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake**, please contact us within **3 days of delivery** and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Our jewellery is fine in style, and should be handled carefully. While our materials are high quality, we encourage you to take good care of your jewellery. The below tips will help you enjoy your jewellery for many years:

• Keep your jewellery away from prolonged contact with water.
• Please remove the jewellery before washing hands, swimming or applying body care products such as perfume, hairspray, soaps and lotion as this could harm the metals and reduce the lifetime of plating, as well as cause discolouration and loss of crystal brilliance.
• Put on jewellery last when dressing, and take off first when undressing
• Avoid contact with water
• Avoid hard contact which could cause scratches, chips and other dam
